Lithuania considers participating in the new Silk Road projects
H.E. Mrs. Lina Antanavičienė, the Ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania, is visiting Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. During her meeting with AB „Lietuvos Geležinkeliai" Chief Representative in Beijing and Vice Governor of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, Ambassador highlighted the importance of cooperation between Lithuania and China in transport sector and discussed Lithuania’s possibility participating in the new Silk Road projects. On this occasion, the representatives of Xinjiang and Lithuania transport sectors should hold a meeting this year in Urumqi. In the picture: H.E.
