Lithuanian Universities expanding partbnerships with Chinese partners

Representatives from ten Lithuanian higher education institutions participated in a networking seminar in Beijing, jointly organised by the Embassy of Lithuania and the Lithuanian Education Exchanges Support Foundation. The purpose of the seminar in Beijing was to enhance partnerships between Lithuanian and Chinese partners and support students mobility.

The important number of participating Lithuanian Universities indicates the interest for the Lithuania’s education exports to China. Speakers from Chinese, Lithuanian and European Union institutions presented recent trends in education exchange and the opportunities of students mobility programs, state and private scholarships and joint study programs. Substantial part of the event was dedicated for the direct networking between the Chinese and Lithuanian partners.
