Mrs Lee Amei extended her personal gratitude to the Ambassador of Lithuniania Mrs Lina Antanaviciene for her active participation and valuable contribution of the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to this generous charity project. The Embassy has been participating in charity sales for the last 5 years, and Lithuanian amber has always been one of the most popular attractions to Chinese customers.

The charity collected during the fair “Love Knows No Borders” is donated to the implementation of society projects and improving living conditions in the poor regions of China. A number of schools, hospitals and water supply pumps have been built, hundreds of eye surgeries have been performed for the people who cannot afford it, and all that have been carried out done for the money collected in the charity sales. This year charity fair “Love Knows No Borders” will be held in Chaoyang Park on the 19th of October. The money collected during the fair will be donated to fund cardiac surgeries for children. The Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Beijing as usual will join to this generous charity initiative.
