The visit of the expert of creative industries Li Jiashan in Vilnius
The expert of creative industries from China Li Jiashan is going to visit Vilnius on April 14th, 2017. Professor Li Jiashan is going to visit ministry of the Culture, cathedral of Culture Business in Vilnius Gediminas University of Technology, movie theatre „Lietuva“, Užupis art incubator, Center of design innovation in Vilnius Academy of Arts and is going to meet with Association of National culture and creative industries.
The goal of her visit – to get acquainted with situation of Lithuanian cultural and creative industries, make new contacts with researchers and practitioners in this field, discuss possible cooperation and how to present experience and research data of creative industries in China. The visit is being organized in cooperation with culture attaché in the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in the Peoples Republic of China.
Professor Li Jiashan is the dean of the institute of national culture development in Beijing International University, the executive director of the Center of International Service and Cultural Business, the director of International Qingju Heritage Research Center, the general secretary and the Chief Expert of the China Cultural Business Research Institute, the chief expert of the Center of Beijing Cultural Business Research, the general secretary of Beijing International Innovation Center of Cultural Business and Cultural Exchange.
Proffesor Li Jiashan works in Newcastle University and Goldsmith College in UK as visiting researcher, is the member of International China Business Association, the committee of aesthetic education in Chinas’ Higher Education Association, cultural business experts committee in Beijing Service Business association, the deputy of Secretary-General of Beijing’s’ Service Business association. In 2005 she was nominated as the best Young Professor in Beijing. Her research is guided by The Government of China and some companies.
The most important cultural and creative industries projects, implemented by Professor Li Jiashan: the study on reformation and internationalization strategies on troupes of national performing arts, the study of the Chinese cultural business development during the economic downturn, the study on improvement of the quality of the ezpositions in museums etc.
The expert is sharing her experience in her written books: “Introduction to Chinas’ cultural business”, “World cities and the industry of the culture”, “About international cultural industry” etc.
