Vice-Minister opened a business workshop in Jinan

Mr Rolandas Kriščiūnas, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, opened a Lithuania-China business workshop in Shandong's capital Jinan on the 18th of March. More than 100 Chinese companies and the delegation of 16 businessmen from Lithuania attended the event.

This worikshop was held in the framework of the “Lithuania's days in Shandong”- series of events, dedicated to introduce Lithuania’s potential in business, tourism and other sectors on the occassion of the 25th anniversary of restored independence of Lithuania. Economic cooperation between Lithuania and Shandong province has been growing successfully since last year: bilateral trade increased by 22 percent and Lithuania’s export to Shandong grew more than 120 percent.
